Terms of Use

These terms apply to the use of the Mabeth Gateway website.

What Mabeth Gateway does

Mabeth Gateway connects international buyers with Indonesian suppliers and helps coordinate communication between them. Unless agreed in writing for a specific order, Mabeth Gateway is not the seller or the manufacturer of the products shown, and does not guarantee product quality, delivery times or prices.

Supplier information

Supplier profiles are published with the supplier's permission and are based on information the supplier provided. Certifications are shown only when we have seen them. Buyers should still confirm the details that matter for their order.

Orders

Prices, quantities, quality requirements, shipping and payment for an order are agreed separately, in writing, between the parties involved.
